We are currently recruiting for a Claims Adjuster on behalf of our client, a very highly regarded Lloyd's syndicate.
The successful candidate will actively manage a diverse portfolio of claims from notification to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing individual claims on a proactive basis from notification to closure.
- Acting at the direction of line management to develop, iterate, document, and execute claims strategies.
- Engaging and liaising with line management as appropriate.
- Communicating material claims to Reinsurance and Finance.
- Providing input to Underwriters on review of potential or existing insured’s claims experience.
- Conducting file reviews or audits, where required.
Key Requirements
- Must be of Graduate Calibre.
- Past claims experience establishing liability and / or settlement resolutions.
- Understanding of the market and claims management process.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence others.
