Our client, an established, top tier and extremely highly regarded Lloyd's syndicate, is currently looking for a Delegated Claims Analyst / Manager, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Claims Operations Manager to complete due diligence/contracts for proposed DCAs and monitoring sign off progression.
- Assisting the Claims Operations Manager with the day-to-day management of delegated claims, gathering data and MI, and assisting with reviewing and improving TPA overall performance.
- Assisting in the (re)approval, administration, monitoring and management of third parties with claims handling authority.
- Co-ordinating audits and visits of DCAs, and monitoring follow up on remedial action as required.
- Loss fund management.
- Liaising with external parties, such as brokers, loss adjusters, DXC, TPAs and lawyers.
- Maintenance of the in-house claims systems and ECF to facilitate workflow processes.
- Involvement in internal and external audits.
- Resolving delegated claims processing errors.
- Review and approval of claims bordereaux and cash calls.
- Assisting in claims projects.
- Assisting with identifying and implementing claims operational support requirements, whilst also ensuring that claims processes are aligned to internal controls and industry standards.
Key Requirements
- Significant experience of working within a Lloyd's Delegated Claims function.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong understanding of the Lloyd's market and wider environment.
